- Club Administrators: Authorised Club committee members and administrators have access to member data for the purposes of Club management.

- WASMA / C4C Scheme: If you participate in the Classics for Clubs (C4C) scheme, relevant vehicle and driving log information may be shared with the Western Australian Street Machine Association (WASMA) or the Department of Transport as required by the scheme.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encrypted connections. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Access to member data is restricted to authorised administrators and is protected by password authentication and session management.

We retain your personal information for as long as your Club membership is active, or as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.
